Collections for the year

Our official Christmas tree collections are now closed, but there is good news. You can still book your Christmas tree to be picked up with our weekly clean up service.

Booking is essential and must be made by 2pm on the Tuesday before. Call (02) 9265 9333.

For City of Sydney council residents only.

Plastic or artificial trees cannot be recycled.

Why recycle it?

Recycling your old Christmas tree means you’re making good use of something that would otherwise be wasted. We recycle trees into mulch, which is used to protect and nurture soil.

Not only is it the gift that keeps on giving, but you’re also rescuing it from the possibility of ending up in landfill. Organic matter like trees release methane in landfill and contributes to global warming.
